Virtual Classes

Group Courses

These can take place at my private outdoor training arena or field, just off the B4299 near Meidrim.

 

Courses offered;

 

  • Puppy Training & Socialisation Course - for dogs under 12 months old with no previous training, £70 for 6 weeks.

  • Beginner Training Course - for dogs over 12 months old with no previous training, £70 for 6 weeks.

  • Basic Training Course - for dogs of all ages with some previous training, £70 for 6 weeks.

  • Refreshers Course - for dogs who have previously completed courses with AMDT up to and including Bronze Level, £65 for 6 weeks.

  • Refreshers+ Course - for dogs who have previously completed courses with AMDT including Silver level and above, £65 for 6 weeks.

PLEASE NOTE:

 

  • All sessions/courses are payable online and no cash or cheques will be accepted for hygiene reasons.

  • As with all bookings these are non refundable but you can be transferred to another time slot if required.

  • Some clients may benefit from purchasing online Pre-Session training to get the most out of their ‘in-person’ training session.

  • I withhold the right to alter the price, availability or type of services offered.

  • Session/course structure and availability is subject to change as government advice is released.

All attendees will be required to follow the following rules;

 

  • Only two people can attend per dog. 

  • You MUST not attend class if you or a member of your household has been unwell or if you have been in contact with anyone unwell in the last 14 days.

  • All attendees are required to wear a face covering as soon as the exit their vehicle.

  • A minimum of 2 meters must be maintained at all times, 5 meters is ideal.

  • You will be required to bring your own equipment and not handle any training equipment at the venue, including gates.

  • Please bring your own hand sanitiser and use it after exiting your vehicle and after the session before entering your vehicle.

  • Please take all your own rubbish home with you, including poo bags.

  • No ‘vulnerable persons’ are permitted to attend.

  • As much as I would like to, I will refrain from touching your dogs unless absolutely necessary, using hand sanitiser just before when touching of dogs is required.

  • Do not touch anyone else's dog.

  • You will be required to park in designated parking bays and stay in your vehicle until your instructor asks you to make your way to the training area.

  • The training arena will be split into separate training areas for each client to remain in for the duration of the lesson.

  • You must keep your dog on lead at all times and not let go of your lead unless instructed to do so by your instructor. There are sheep, horses and chickens on the premises that need to be kept safe.

1-1 Classes

These can take place at my private outdoor training arena, just off the B4299 near Meidrim or at a suitable location of your choice.

 

1-1 Services offered;

 

  • Obedience Training Lessons (for lead walking, recall, focus training, etc.) - £35 for one hour session with one dog, follow up sessions £25. These are also available as half hour sessions when combined with any of the below.

  • Dog-Dog Reactivity Lessons (for dogs who are fearful of other dogs or react by barking, lunging or growling) - £45 for one hour session, follow up sessions £35.

  • Dog-Dog Socialising Sessions (for dog friendly dogs who would benefit from group play, this is offered on a case-by-case basis) - £8 for half hour session per dog.

  • Off Lead Reliability Lessons - half hour session to teach your dog how to behave and listen when off lead around other dogs - £15.

  • Agility Lessons (open to all levels and puppy agility available) - £15 per half hour.

  • Training Consultations at your Home (for those who need help with training at home or are unable to travel while abiding by government guidelines) - £65 for a 90 minute session plus travel expenses.
