Service Description
Our Pack Walks offer a safe and welcoming environment for you to practice the skills you've been learning in our group classes and private lessons. It's a fantastic opportunity to walk alongside other dogs and like-minded owners while focusing on teaching our furry companions to be neutral towards each other. Here's what you can expect from our Pack Walks: - Skill Practice: Put your training into action in real-life situations while enjoying the beautiful walks. - Socialization: Give your dog the chance to interact with other dogs in a controlled environment. - Guided Learning: Our trained dogs will be there to assist, helping guide the behavior of those still learning. - Trainer Support: Our experienced trainer/s will be on hand to answer questions, offer guidance, and provide support throughout the walk. Please note the following guidelines for participation: - Basic Obedience: Dogs and owners should have a basic level of obedience. - Comfort Around Others: Dogs should be comfortable around both on and off-leash dogs and people. - Safety First: Only dogs with a neutral disposition towards other dogs and a reliable recall can be let off-leash. - Terrain Conditions: Be prepared for off-road conditions, including mud, wetness, uneven terrain, steep paths, and slippery surfaces. Wear appropriate clothing and footwear for the conditions. Our Pack Walks will last approximately 60 to 90 minutes and will proceed in most weather conditions, so come rain or shine, we'll be ready to hit the trails! Cancellation Policy
Terms & Conditions By placing a booking, you are deemed to have read, understood and accepted the terms and conditions. Completion of the booking process and acceptance of the terms and conditions forms your contract with Amy Millward Dog Training. The terms and conditions are in effect as soon as you have booked any service offered by Amy Millward Dog Training. Amy Millward Dog Training reserves the right to change the content, timing, date, venue or instructor of services offered. I try to avoid this as much as possible, but sometimes this is unavoidable, particularly with changes in the weather meaning we have to cancel or postpone a session. If we know in advance that the weather will not be suitable we will let you know, however, often the weather can be very changeable & unpredictable. If a booking is cancelled due to the weather, we will let everyone know who has booked in by email as soon as we can, at least an hour before the start of your class. We will then reschedule all the bookings to an alternative date. Amy Millward Dog Training will not be liable for any losses or expenses arising from cancellations or amendments to the services offered. Amy Millward Dog Training holds no responsibility for injury or damage to you, your dog, third parties or property. Amy Millward Dog Training hold no responsibility for theft or damage to vehicles or property while at the training premises. All under 18’s must be accompanied by a responsible adult. Booking Please note that your booking is only secured once payment in full has been received. It´s “first come first serve”. Amy Millward Dog Training reserves the right to cancel or postpone any event/course/workshop/seminar/service. The number of participants is limited unless listed differently. You can pay Amy Millward Dog Training via direct bank transfer, cheque or cash. By Booking you are agreeing to be bound to these terms and conditions. After signing up for a course you will receive a confirmation via email (so please ensure we have your correct email address) or Facebook message. Amy Millward Dog Training has the right to refuse to train individuals or their dogs. Payment Regarding booking for any services provided by Amy Millward Dog Training, payment is expected immediately.
